Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large stalks broccoli
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    1 tsp. salt or more (if desired)
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in small amount of water until tender.
    In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, flour, Accent and salt.
    Chop broccoli into small pieces and add to egg mixture.
    Add Swiss cheese.
    Pour into a 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.
    Melt margarine and pour over top of crackers. Bake at 300\u00b0 about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cook with aluminum foil over top, loosely covered.
