Cheesy Rotini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. rotini, uncooked
1 lb. ground beef
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and broken up
1 Tbsp. beef flavored instant bouillon
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar, divided
1 c. Ricotta cheese
Preparation

Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain.
In a large skillet, cook beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, drain excess fat.
Add tomatoes, bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes; remove from heat, stir in milk, Ricotta cheese, 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese and rotini.
Pour into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese.
Bake covered in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
