Chocolate Break-Open Cookies(From Margie, Easter, '94) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    4 sq. (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix oil, melted chocolate and sugar.
    Blend eggs in one at a time; mix well.
    Add vanilla.
    Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
    Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into powdered sugar.
    Roll around into balls.
    Place 2 inches apart on greased sheets.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until no imprint remains when touched lightly in oven.
    Makes 6 dozen.
