Ingredients

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. softened butter or margarine
2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. almond extract
1 to 2 Tbsp. water
powdered sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar and butter; stir in Bisquick, nuts and almond extract.
Mix in enough water to moisten dough.
Shape into 1-inch balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until set but not brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet; cool 15 minutes.
While warm, roll gently in powdered sugar.
Makes about 3 dozen.
