Rice Puddin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1/2 c. rice (raw)
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 tsp. cornstarch
little water
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg
Preparation
-
Wash rice; add milk, sugar and dash of salt.
Cook on top of stove slowly for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
Add cornstarch and a little water.
Beat egg with cornstarch; add rice, vanilla and nutmeg.
