Sweet Potato Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (1 lb.) can sweet potatoes
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Drain sweet potatoes.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Drop bits of margarine over sweet potatoes.
Sprinkle with brown sugar. Place in Radarange oven; cook 1 minute.
Stir.
Spread marshmallows over top.
Cook 3 additional minutes.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
