Caramel Chocolate Chip Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 (16 oz.) chocolate chips
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Over medium heat melt caramels in 1/3 cup milk.
    Mix German chocolate cake mix, 1 stick melted butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
