Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins, softened in boiling water for 5 minutes
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the brown sugar, eggs and butter until light and frothy.
Blend in pumpkin and buttermilk.
Add dry ingredients, nuts and raisins, stirring just enough to moisten flour mixture.
Spoon mixture into greased muffin pans.
Fill the cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Remove from pans; cool on wire rack.
