Barbecued Beef Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ribs (beef or pork)
3 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of pepper
dash of dry mustard
Preparation

Wipe ribs with wet towel.
Place ribs in a single layer in shallow roasting pan.
Roast ribs at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, turning once.
Mix oil, chili sauce, lemon juice, pepper and dry mustard; place over ribs.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes; baste frequently. Reduce heat to 400\u00b0; bake for another 10 minutes.
