German Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. water
2 level Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pure hickory liquid smoke flavoring
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Put in container with tight lid or covered bowl.
Let sit in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Divide into 3 portions.
On cutting board roll each portion in 3 rolls, about 2-inches thick, and lay on broiler pan.
Have oven at 300\u00b0.
Bake 45 minutes on one side.
Turn each roll over and bake 35 minutes on other side.
Don't overbake.
Use exact timing.
Rolls of meat will be a pretty red color.
Will keep in refrigerator 30 days.
Can be frozen.
