Brunch Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. diced ham
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    8 eggs
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 dash pepper
    1 Tbsp. diced bell pepper
    4 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Line the bottom with bread cubes. Top with cubes with ham, onion and bell pepper.
    Add the cheese. Sprinkle on the flour.
    Beat the eggs; add mustard, garlic salt, pepper and milk.
    Blend well.
    Pour over the other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until it is set in the center.
    Serves 10 to 12.
