Confetti Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. mixed dried fruit, chopped
    2/3 c. mixed nuts, chopped
    1/3 c. sesame seed
    1/3 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raw brown rice, cooked
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Heat
    the oil in a skillet and saute the
    onion,
    fruit, nuts and sesame seed until the onion is translucent,
    about
    5 minutes.
    Add the cloves and salt to the onion mixture and stir.
    Add the rice and mix well.
    Place the rice in a buttered casserole dish and pour the butter over all. Bake
    for
    15
    to
    20
    minutes
    to\theat through.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
