Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unpeeled, grated zucchini
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil (not shortening)
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. crushed pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. coconut
    1 banana
Preparation
    Mix in mixer.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
    Can be frozen.
