Pineapple Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices dry old bread, sliced into 1-inch cubes
1 stick butter or margarine
2 c. drained crushed pineapple
3/4 c. brown sugar
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Grease casserole and put bread and pineapple in.
Then add butter, sugar and eggs.
Pour over bread and pineapple.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until puffy and brown.
Great served with ham!
