Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boiled eggs
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel cool eggs. Wrap each egg with sufficient sausage to make a ball around the egg. Brush with egg and roll in bread crumbs. Place in refrigerator to chill. (Will keep overnight.) Place eggs in a heavy skillet with 1-inch of hot grease. Fry until sausage is done. Drain and cut eggs in half lengthwise. Serve immediately.
