Microwave Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 tsp. oregano (add to sauce after water)
    1 tsp. basil (add to sauce after water)
    1/4 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 c. Co-Jack cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Pour 1/3 of sauce into a 7 x 11-inch baking dish; stir 1/4 cup water into remaining sauce, add seasonings and set aside.
    Layer noodles and cover with sauce.
    Crumble uncooked beef, 1/2 of shredded Co-Jack and 1/3 of sauce.
    Arrange noodles with rest of Co-Jack cheese and cottage cheese and pour rest of sauce over top. Cover with double layer of Saran Wrap.
    Cook in microwave at 1/2 power for 10 minutes. Turn. Cook at 1/2 power for 10 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Turn.
    Cook at Full Power 7 minutes, turn and cook at Full Power for 7 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Cover with Mozzarella cheese.
    Cook at Full Power for 2 minutes.
    Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
