Skillet Beef Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, minced
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can bouillon, mix with water to make 2 c.
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in oil.
    Add meat, crumbled, and let brown.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add rice and stir over low heat until rice looks translucent (approximately 3 minutes). Add broth slowly; cover and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed (approximately 20 minutes).
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
