Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn bread mix
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. pimiento
    2 pods crushed garlic
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped jalapenos
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
