Oriental Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bell pepper
    4 small carrots
    1/2 onion
    1 c. water chestnuts
    1 c. bamboo shoots
    1 green onion
    1 c. mushrooms
    2 c. boiled shrimp
    3 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
    2 c. lightly browned ground beef
    3 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. Kikkoman stir-fry sauce
    soy sauce to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Slice bell pepper, carrots and onion into thin strips.
    Chop green onion.
    Lightly brown ground beef.
    Heat wok on low heat, add 2 tablespoons oil.
    Mix ground beef, shrimp and chicken in oil and heat for approximately 2 minutes.
    Add vegetables and cook until tender, stirring constantly.
