Pecan Crunch Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Combine sugar and baking powder; beat into egg whites.
Add vanilla.
Fold in graham cracker crumbs, then pecans.
Pour into buttered 9-inch pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
Cool.
