Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. spaghetti
1/4 c. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. half and half
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
dash of pepper
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook spaghetti and drain; set aside. Melt butter.
Stir in flour; add chicken broth.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat.
Stir in half and half, parsley, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
Toss chicken, mushrooms and spaghetti with sauce.
Turn mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until thoroughly heated.
Makes 8 servings.
