Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 pt. cream-style corn
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine eggs, shortening and corn; mix well.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture; mix well.
Spoon drop in hot oil.
Fry in deep fat (375\u00b0) until done.
