Salmon Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can red sockeye salmon
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Preparation

Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke; make into ball.
Roll in pecans and parsley.
