Ingredients

1 (18 oz.) roll refrigerated slice and bake sugar cookies or croissant rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 to 4 c. assorted fruits, sliced
1/2 c. orange marmalade or peach or apricot preserves
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cut cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices. Cover bottom of 14-inch round pizza pan or 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan with slices overlapping slightly.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
Cool completely.
