Brunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli or spinach
    1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1 tomato, peeled and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Grease 9-inch pie plate.
    Cook\tand
    drain
    broccoli or spinach and spread in pie plate.
