Honeyed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken drumsticks and/or thighs (about 2 lb. total)
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of ground red pepper
Preparation
    Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towels.
    Arrange chicken pieces in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan, making sure pieces do not touch.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
