Gumbo (Seafood) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. flour
dash of Tabasco
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. oil
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
4 chopped ribs celery
1 1/2 qt. water
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 Tbsp. parsley
1 beef bouillon
2 cans oysters, drained
1 large can clams
shrimp and crab meat
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
8 oz. can mushrooms
1 lb. spaghetti
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
4 oz. can Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation

Add soup and grated cheeses to vegetable mix.
Add seasonings and Tabasco.
Add 1/2 can Parmesan cheese.
Take chicken from bone and chop into bite-size pieces.
Add to soup and vegetable mixture.
