Zucchini L' Italienne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. sliced zucchini
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 to 6 oz. grated Swiss cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder (garlic salt will work)
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add zucchini, onion and all spices.
    Cover; simmer over low heat until zucchini and onion are soft.
    Add Swiss cheese; re-cover until cheese is thoroughly melted.
    Serves 4.
