Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    2 to 3 c. grated zucchini
    2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl until foamy.
    Add sugar, oil, vanilla and zucchini.
    Blend lightly.
    Sift dry ingredients and add along with nuts and coconut.
    Blend well.
    Pour mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
