Cut-Out Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. softened margarine
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in margarine with electric mixer until particles are fine.
    Add egg, milk and vanilla; blend thoroughly.
    If needed, dough may be chilled for easier handling.
    Roll out dough on floured wax paper.
    Roll to 1/8 inch.
    Cut into desired shapes. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, or until lightly browned around the edges.
    Decorate as desired.
