Oven Fried Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
2 Tbsp. shoyu sauce
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 lb. chow mein noodles
1/2 lb. char siu, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
3/4 pkg. bean sprouts
1 carrot, slivered
3 to 4 stalks green onions, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Combine sesame oil, oyster sauce, shoyu sauce and salt. Place remaining ingredients into foil-lined roasting pan.
Pour sauce over and toss.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
