Taco Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Knead for 5 minutes.
    Add more water, if needed (dough will be stiff); let stand 10 minutes.
    Shape into 18 balls.
    Let stand 10 more minutes.
    Roll into very thin 6-inch circles.
    Fry on a greased grill or skillet.
