Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
3 large eggs, beaten
2 c. diced ripe bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain pineapple)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift the sugar, flour, cinnamon, soda and salt together. Add the oil, beaten eggs, bananas, pineapple, vanilla and nuts. Stir to blend (do not beat). Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
