Ooooh-La-La Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 Tbsp. butter (reserve 2 for topping)
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook
    potatoes in skins.
    Cool, peel and dice.
    Combine cheese and
    4 tablespoons butter in large saucepan.
    Heat and stir until
    cheese in almost melted.
    Remove from heat; blend in
    sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
    Fold in potatoes and spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Dot with remaining
    2 tablespoons butter.
    Cover and bake for 25 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 6 to 8.
