Rigatoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 large can tomato paste
    1/2 onion
    1+ c. water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. rigatoni noodles
    12 oz. to 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beat; season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Chop onion; add to meat.
    Drain grease off.
    Add 1 cup of water.
    Add tomato paste.
    Stir over medium-high heat until blended.
    Add about 1 can of water.
    Add sugar, then salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
    Simmer 30 to 45 minutes until thickened.
