German-Style Roast Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked roast beef, cut in narrow 1-inch strips
1/4 c. dill pickles, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation

Combine beef, pickles, onion and parsley in large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beef mixture. Blend in.
Chill well before serving.
Serves 4.
