Paella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peas
    1/2 c. olive oil (that's 1 small bottle)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 pieces chicken (I use skinless, boneless breasts)
    2 or 4 large tomatoes, cut up in eighths
    1 red pepper, sliced
    2 c. Valencia rice
    4 c. chicken broth (3 cans)
    1/2 tsp. Bijol
    shrimp or 2 lobster tails and/or other seafood*
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    *Some also use pieces of ham.
