Spiced Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 medium sweet pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 can condensed Campbell's tomato soup
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut carrots in about 1/2 inch rounds.
    Cook until tender. Drain and mix with other ingredients and let stand in refrigerator for 8 hours.
    Warm before serving.
