Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream shortening; add sugar gradually.
Then add beaten eggs. Add flour, baking powder and salt sifted together alternately with the milk.
Add vanilla.
Roll and cut.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
