Crispy Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crackers, crushed
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp. low-fat milk
    1 lb. white fish (your choice)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Stir dry mustard into finely crushed cracker crumbs.
    Beat egg white and milk in bowl.
    Spread crumbs in shallow bowl.
    Dip fish fillets into egg/milk mix, then coat fillets on all surfaces with cracker crumbs.
    Bake on baking sheet for 15 minutes or until coating is crisp.
    Serve with lemon wedges or yogurt sauce.
