Quick Broccoli And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. Velveeta cheese, chopped in pieces
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil broccoli until half done.
    Pour into colander and drain for 10 minutes.
    Return broccoli to pot.
    Add margarine, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Heat over very low fire until all cheese is melted.
    Serve immediately or can be reheated to serve later.
