Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boiled medium potatoes (in jackets)
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. commercial sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh chopped parsley (do not omit or decrease)
    2 medium onions, finely minced
Preparation
    Peel
    potatoes; cut in 1/8 inch slices.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour
    cream,
    horseradish,\tcelery\tseed and salt; set aside.
    In another
    bowl
    mix\tparsley
    and
    onion.
    In large serving\tbowl arrange layer of potatoes; salt lightly.
    Cover with layer\tof mayonnaise,
    sour cream mixture, then layer of onion
    mixture. Continue layering, ending with layer of onion and parsley.\tDo not
    stir.\tCover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
