Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey breast
    1 c. reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the turkey breast with cheese; add onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and form into 6 patties. Place burgers in skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cook patties 3 to 4 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
