Ingredients

1 c. margarine, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 tsp. almond extract
4 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, at medium speed, cream margarine and sugars.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, until light and fluffy.
Add oil, vanilla and almond extract.
Beat until well mixed.
