Jeanne'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk or water
pinch of salt
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 to 3 1/2 c. apples (golden Delicious preferred), diced
Preparation

Beat oil, vanilla, eggs, sugar and milk or water by hand. Sift together salt, flour, soda and cinnamon.
Add to first mixture.
Dice and fold in apples.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
