Spicy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    3 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 to 1/2 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
    flour
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In lightly oiled casserole dish, place layer of potatoes, salt and pepper and lightly sprinkle with flour, then place layer of onions.
    Alternate potatoes and onions until all are used.
    Heat milk and margarine and Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies.
    Pour liquid over potatoes; cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
    Remove foil and bake additional 30 minutes.
