Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups chopped apples
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut

Preparation

Mix in order given.
Place in greased 13 x 9 2 pan.
350\u00b0 - 1 hour 15 minutes.
