Ozey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless meat
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. Arabic spices*
    4 c. water
    6 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. peas (frozen)
    2 c. rice
Preparation
    Heat oil in a skillet.
    Add meat, spices and salt.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
    Add peas and cook for 10 more minutes, stirring often.
    Add water.
    Bring to a boil and add washed rice.
