Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) roll sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hot sausage
    3 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation
    With cheese at room temperature, crumble and mix with sausage. Add Bisquick mix to cheese and sausage mixture.
    Use hand to mix well.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
