Crawfish Pies Or Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 c. onions
    1 c. celery
    1 1/2 c. bell peppers
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. green onions
    1/2 c. parsley
    bread crumbs (plain)
    salt and pepper to taste
    red pepper (optional)
    4 cans crescent rolls (for pies)
Preparation
    Melt margarine. Saute onions, celery and bell peppers. Blend in soup. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Season to taste. Put in dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
